Installations’ functions:
Dosimetric installations KDU-8 are designed for continuous automated monitoring of radiation environment, alarming and signal-advice generating when normal situation is broken down through collecting and processing of information from detection units and devices.
Equipment complex KDU-8 is a multifunctional device of the IV generation that is set up for different customers’ mobile objects with necessary amount and combination of units and instruments.
Dosimetric installation KDU-8 versions:
- KDU-8A and KDU-8A-01are designed to be used at large-capacity objects with connecting cable length from detection units to information processing and presentation devices up to 100 and 500 meters relatively;
- KDU-8B is designed to be used at low-tonnage objects;
- KDU-8V is designed to be used as supplementing to KDU-8A and KDU-8B if it is necessary to extend scope of control;
- KDU-8G is designed for automated generation of signal of objects’ containment system management;
- KDU-8D is designed for generation of signals of current personnel efficiency estimation and forecasting of their status in a set time in the future;
- KDU-8M is designed to be used at specialized low-tonnage objects.
All instruments are meant for exploitation and trouble-free performance in conditions of increased climatic and physical load action, including special factors.
